No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that any cost associated with implementation of the bill would be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.

Local Government Impact

Costs to locally-owned health care services to implement the provisions of the bill would depend on the number of cases in which certified emergency services personnel, firefighters, peace officers, or first responders are exposed.
