HB168 by Deshotel (Relating to the hours for selling alcoholic beverages at certain events.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code concerning the permissible hours for the sale and consumption of alcohol at certain events.  The Alcoholic Beverage Commission indicates that these changes can be accomplished within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
