No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Natural Resources Code to require the Texas Historical Commission to catalogue any artifacts and related cultural items recovered from Native American burial sites. It is anticipated that any costs to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed by existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
