No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would allow spousal maintenance in a suit for dissolution of the marriage. The spouse must be the custodian of a child of the marriage, of any age, who requires a substantial amount of care and personal supervision as a result of a physical or mental disability which makes is necessary that the spouse not be employed outside of the home.
