No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend Section 160.307, "Proceeding for Rescission," Chapter 160, Uniform Parentage Act, Family Code, extending the challenge period for a minor who signed an Acknowledgment of Paternity to four years after the child reaches age 18 or otherwise emancipates.
