No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The State does not incur any expenses for maintenance and operation of the Texas no-call list.  The Public Utility Commission indicates that any additional enforcement activities could be accomplished with current agency staffing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
