No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would entitle an adult adoptee who knows the identity of each parent named on the original birth certificate to a noncertified copy of the original birth certificate without obtaining a court order.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
