No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

The University of Texas System projects the Wellness Recreational Fee will generate $3,524,238 per fiscal year. Enrollment increases will generate additional revenue. The Recreational Sports Fee will be locally assessed by The University of Texas - Pan American.
