IN RE: | HB283 by Hope (Relating to the transfer of public school students who are the victims of bullying.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted |
School districts would likely incur some administrative costs associated with processing transfer requests and documenting verification that bullying occurred. However, because many districts already have well-established procedures for reassigning students from one classroom or campus to another, it is assumed that there would be no significant fiscal implication to districts.
