No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

To meet the bill's requirement to study provisions in Chapter 25, the Texas Education Agency estimates that it would need approximately $100,000 for one-time contracted services to obtain expert assistance and gather information from school districts and other stakeholders.
