IN RE:
HB473 by West, George "Buddy" (Relating to examinations for licenses to engage in certain liquefied petroleum gas-related activities.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow the Railroad Commission to contract with a testing service to prepare, administer, and grade or review an examination required for various liquified petroleum gas-related licenses. Any testing service used would have to collect a nonrefundable fee for an examination before the examination was administered. The testing service would forward the fee to the Railroad Commission. Passage of the bill is not expected to have a significant impact on state revenues or costs to the agency.
