No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends Election Code to require the Secretary of State to adopt rules for publicizing voters' rights, for which no significant costs are anticipated.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. There would be some costs associated with printing and posting the public notices of voters' rights, but these costs are not expected to be significant.
