IN RE:
HB723 by Van Arsdale (Relating to certain reports filed with the bureau of vital statistics.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Section 194.002(d) of the Health and Safety Code relating to certain reports filed with the bureau of vital statistics.

This Act would take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house or on September 1, 2005.

Local Government Impact

A district clerk's office may incur additional administrative costs associated with implementation of the bill, but it is anticipated that the fiscal impact would be insignificant.
