No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Under the bill, each member of a governing board of an institution of higher education, including members who are not appointed, are required to at least one training program during their first two years of service.
Local Government Impact
Each institution of higher education would pay the registration fees for the training program with private funds.
