No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would prohibit a youth camp from operating as a nudist camp or conduct any nudist camp activity. The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) would be required to adopt rules to implement the bill. HHSC would be able to use existing resources to develop the rules.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
