No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill provides the specific statutory enabling language necessary to authorize Texas as a full party to the Interstate Pest Control Compact.   Texas has belonged to the compact since fiscal year 1994.  There are no additional costs associated with this proposed action of formalizing the state’s participation in this compact.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
