No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
This bill would require a Department of Family and Protective Services (FPS) caseworker who responds to allegations of abuse and/or neglect to request that the family assist in completion of the paperwork that includes information regarding the social history and demographic information as it relates to the family. FPS anticipates minimal costs associated with the development and supply these forms estimates such activities could reasonably be absorbed within the current/recommended agency funding levels.
