No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Savings and Loan Department indicates that implementation of the bill would require an additional investigator and one-half attorney each year. It is anticipated that this workload could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
