No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to require public entities to publicize its veterans employment preference policy and veteran complaint process as it relates to employment. The bill also would add provisions for judicial remedies for individuals entitled to but not receiving veterans' employment preferences. No significant costs are anticipated because changes to existing programs are expected to be minimal.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
