IN RE:	HB873 by Dukes (Relating to regulation by a property owners' association of certain displays on property in a residential subdivision.), Conference Committee Report

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would place restrictions on what a property owners' association may include in a restrictive covenant, rule, or other prohibition with regard to the display of political signs. Property owners' associations are not a political subdivision, therefore there would be no fiscal impact to the state or local government entities.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
