No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Election Code to require the Secretary of State to authorize certain authorities conducting an election, to establish on election day, an additional polling place at the location of the main early voting polling place. The Secretary of State would be required to adopt rules to implement the provisions of the bill, any costs for which are anticipated to be able to be absorbed by existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
