HB925 by Chavez (Relating to creating an interagency work group on border issues.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Government Code to create an interagency work group on border issues.  It is assumed that the responsibilities and duties associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be covered within the Office of Rural Community Affairs.

 

The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
