No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would change the time period for notice to the Attorney General on a proceeding involving a charitable trust from within 30 days of the filing of a pleading, but no less than 10 days to within 30 days of the filing of a pleading, but no less than 25 business days.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
