HB937 by Homer (Relating to authorizing a nonresident seller to conduct wine samplings.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to allow holders of nonresident seller's permits who own wineries outside of the state to conduct wine samplings. The bill would also require that any wine sampled or tasted be purchased from the retailer on whose premise the tasting or sampling is held. The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
