No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would create as a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $25, failure of a restaurant owner or a bar owner in a restaurant or bar that accepts credit cards or debit cards to post a sign that warns employees that fraudulant use of a customer's credit card or debit card is a state jail felony.
