No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Property Code relating to amendments to the Texas Timeshare Act.  The Real Estate Commission and the Office of the Attorney General anticipate any additional work resulting from the passage of the bill could be reasonably absorbed within current resources.

The bill would take effect January 15, 2006.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
