No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill limits the automatic admission of top 10% students to 50% of the previous years freshman class. Higher education institutions will be able to implement provisions of the bill within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
