No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill proposes additional statements to the affidavit that is to be completed for a marriage license.  Aggravated perjury under this section would be classified as a Class A misdemeanor.   

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
