HB1132 by Haggerty (Relating to the regulation of and rights of private security personnel.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill, relating to the regulation of and rights of private security personnel, providing a penalty, would amend sections of the Occupations Code and the Penal Code.  The Department of Insurance and the Department of Public Safety anticipate any additional work resulting from the passage of the bill could be reasonably absorbed within current resources.

This bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
