HB1136 by Smith, Wayne (Relating to the designation of the portion of Spur 330 inside Harris County as the Veterans Memorial Highway.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Transportation, any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.  Provisions of the bill would require a grant or donation of funds to cover the costs associated with the design, construction, and erection of markers designating Spur 330, located in Harris County, as the Veterans Memorial Highway.

This bill would take effect on September 1, 2005.
