No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. A domestic relations office could see some savings from not having to contact a Title IV-D agency to issue writs of withholding, but these savings are not expected to be significant. The office would be able to collect fees to recover some costs to file their own writs of withholding.
