No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would prohibit devises or bequests of property in a will to certain relatives of an attorney who prepared the will. This bill would make various amendments and additions to the law of testamentary and non-testamentary transfers.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
