No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Water Development Board to conduct a study and submit a report to the legislature. Although it is expected that the agency would incur some costs in conducting the study, including contractor costs, these costs are not anticipated to be significant.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
