HB1244 by Hopson (Relating to specialty license plates for classic travel trailers.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Transportation Code and require the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to design and issue a new specialty license plate for Classic Travel Trailers.  Based on the analysis of TxDOT, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

 

The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
