No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure and Penal Code by enhancing the punishment for offenders with an affirmative finding regarding aggressive driving. It is anticipated that there would be no significant impact on demands on the adult corrections agencies during the first five years following passage of this bill.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
