HB1294 by Rose (Relating to permissive interlocutory appeals in civil actions.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow a trial court to permit certain appeals from an interlocutory order that is not otherwise appealable as long the outlined criteria are met.  These appeals would be permissive; appellate courts would not be required to accept the appeals. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
