HB1294 by Rose (Relating to permissive interlocutory appeals in civil actions.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow certain interlocutory appeals if permitted by the trial court and if accepted by the appellate court.  These appeals would be permissive; appellate courts would not be required to accept the appeals. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
