No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends the Business Organizations Code for clarification purposes and addresses filing procedures with the Secretary of State for certain types of transactions. No significant fiscal impact is anticipated because additional costs and revenues to the agency are anticipated to be minimal.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
