No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend Chapter 1 of the Parks and Wildlife Code relating to the state policy on fish and wildlife management and hunting and fishing. The bill would provide that fish and wildlife be managed by laws and rules that provide individuals with the continued opportunity to take, by traditional means and methods, species traditionally pursued by hunters, anglers, and trappers. To the extent the bill would create new policy to be administered by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, no fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
