No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow the Water Development Board to refer applicants for and recipients of financial assistance from the Board to other state agencies for investigation or enforcement. The bill's passage could result in some additional administrative expenses to the agency associated with tracking cases, but such costs are not expected to be significant.
