No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill requires that at least 20 percent of the total amount of Texas Enterprise Fund grants made must be to recipients with 100 or fewer employees who commit to contribute at least one-third of the grant amount of the recipient's own money and who commit to provide a health benefit plan to its employees. No significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated as the bill redirects appropriated amounts.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
