No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends the Texas Business Corporation Act to align filing requirements and procedures for certain filing transactions to those contained in the Business Organizations Code. Other than costs associated with modifying existing forms and publications and implementing minor system modifications, no significant costs are anticipated.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
