No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill requires the governor to appoint a sheriff, municipal police officer, and firefighter as a member of the Critical Infrastructure Protection Council. The bill also requires the Office of the Governor to develop and implement application procedures to assist in the selection of such appointees.
