No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would establish procedures for amending and enforcing restrictions in residential real estate subdivisions, units, or parcels of a subdivision located in whole or in part in an unincorporated area of a county that has a population of less than 65,000. The bill would not affect a governmental entity.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
