The bill would amend Chapter 1 of the Parks and Wildlife Code relating to proof of residency for the purpose of obtaining a license or permit issued by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. The bill would authorize the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission to set rules regarding proof of residency. To the extent the bill would generate costs for new rules administered by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, no significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
