IN RE:	HB1690 by Keel (Relating to common nuisance.), Conference Committee Report

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would include a multiunit residential property in the properties that may be considered as a "common nuisance".  The bill also amends the Civil Practices and Remedies Code so that evidence must show the defendent knowlingly "tolerated" rather than "permitted" the nuisance to occur on the property.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
