HB1767 by Cook, Robby (Relating to the regulation of veterinary medicine.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code related to the regulation of veterinarian medicine practices and would require the board to adopt rules necessary to implement the provisions of the bill. 

 

Based on the analysis of the Board of Veterinarian Medical Examiners, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

 

The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.
