No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would create as a Class C misdemeanor the act of discharging fireworks within 300 feet of a public highway. The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

No significant fiscal implication is anticipated associated with enforcement, prosecution, or punishment of this offense.
