No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Probate Code to specify in which courts an action involving a testamentary trust shall be filed. The bill would take effect September 1, 2005 and would apply only to actions filed on or after that date.
Local Government Impact
It is anticipated that the potential shift in which courts in which testamentary trust actions are filed would have an insignificant fiscal impact on the affected courts.
