No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would create as a State Jail felony the act of operating an audiovisual recording device in a motion picture theater, screening room, or other place primaily used to exhibit a motion picture. The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

No significant fiscal implication is anticipated for the enforcement, prosecution, or punishment associated with the offense.
